Contemporay light brown calf with an ornamental centrepiece on both covers and the name Ezechias on front, Lullerius on rear cover – this may refer to Ezéchias Lhuillier, laird of La Bédiniére near the river Loire. Restorations to head and foot of spine.
This nice little volume forms part 2 of an edition of Greek poetry in two parts, first published in 1560 (Renouard p. 118 no. 2). Part one (Adams P-1228) has the Pindar. – Renouard p. 126, no. 6. Adams P-1700 has our volume as an independent entry.
