Τυπικὴ διάταξις ὡς εὕρηται τῆς κατὰ τὴν νῆσον Κύπρον,σεβασμίας καὶ βασιλικῆς μονῆς τῆς ὑπεραγίας Θεοτόκου, Μαχαιράδος ἐπιλεγομένης, νῦν πρῶτον τύποις ἐκδοθεῖσα πρὸς ὠφέλειαν τῶν ἐν τυγχανόντων. 

Δαπάνῃ μὲν καὶ ἐξόδῳ τοῦ τῆς ἱερᾶς αὐτῆς μονῆς οἰκονόμου κὺρ παρθενίου. 

Ἑπιμελείᾳ δὲ τοῦ ἐν ἱεροδιδασκάλοις Κυρίου Ἐφραίμ. 

Ἐπιστασίᾳ δὲ κυρίου Σεραφεὶμ Πισσιδείου τοῦ πρωτοσυγκέλλου τῆς ἱερᾶς, καὶ βασιλικῆς μονῆς τοῦ Κύκκου.

‘Typiki diataxis’, or administrative order, of the Monastery of Machairas in Cyprus, by the first abbot, the Hieromonachos Neilos, edited by Ephraim (c. 1713-1771), who became Patriarch of Jerusalem in 1766. The monastery is dedicated to Virgin Mary, hence the engraving.
