4to (221 x 167 mm). (2), 193, (1) leaves. Wide margins, a few deckle edges. Contemporary blindstamped pigskin over wooden boards. 1 of 2 clasps. No upper fly-leaf. 1546 on upper cover. Binding with a few spots. One of the rols dated 1543 with signature PS.

Provenance: On title-page an early ownerhip entry reads ARechenberg, i. e. Adam Rechenberg, a 17th century Professor of Greek at Leipzig University. On paste-down a name that looks like F. C. Kirchoff.
