4to (221 x 160 mm). α4 β-θ8 ι6 κ-μ8 ν-ξ6 Α-Η8 Θ10 Ι-Ρ8: 204 leaves. Red printing: β1r and Α3r. Blanks  ι10 and Θ10 present. Recent overlapping vellum with ties.

Some browing and foxing, mostly marginal, title stained and spotted, strengthened along gutter, ink stain on fol. Λ8v. Final quire Ρ has been misbound before quire Ο.

The copy has nearly one hundred ms corrections in Greek of insufficient proofreading in a contemporary Italian script.
