4to (221 x 160 mm). α⁴ β-θ⁸ ι⁶ κ-μ⁸ ν-ξ⁶ Α-Η⁸ Θ¹⁰ Ι-Ρ^8: 204 leaves. Red printing: β1r and Α3r. Blanks  ι₁₀ and Θ₁₀ present. Recent overlapping vellum with ties.

Some browing and foxing, mostly marginal, title stained and spotted, strengthened along gutter, ink stain on fol. Λ8v. Final quire Ρ has been misbound before quire Ο.

The copy has nearly one hundred ms corrections in Greek of insufficient proofreading in a contemporary Italian script.
